Policies
Booking Fee
Booking fee's are taken for all treatments. A booking fee secures your appointment time and date. Booking fees are non refundable and go towards the service and the remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment.
Why is a booking fee taken?
A non-refundable booking fee not only secures the client's preferred time and date of appointment, but it gives the salon owner peace of mind that some of the costs are covered should the client not turn up or need cancel with little notice. Salons loose £1000's every week through late cancellations and no shows. Imagine that being taken from your pay packet each month.
Children, Pets And Guests
Our insurance does not cover children at the premises, so please leave them at home. There is no waiting area for guests, please come alone.
No pets allowed due to sanitation guidelines.
Late/No Show
Everyone's time is valuable, please plan your journey well. Should you be more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to continue with this appointment. You will be required to reschedule and a new booking fee will be requested. There is a time slot allocated to your treatment, we take pride in our work and will not rush a treatment to fit a client in. We also need to be fair to everyone and keep our schedule on track. Please plan ahead and check the current traffic for your journey. Any outstanding fees will be requested before future appointments can be made.
Reshedualing
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise in which may force you to postpone or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that such changes effects not only your service provider but other clients as well. For all beauty treatments, PMU refining appointments and colour boost clients may reschedule with 48 hours notice. If less than 48hrs notice is given to change or cancel appointment, 50% of treatment fee is requested or booking fee is forfeited.
Rescheduled treatments will be charged at current treatment price. Any outstanding fees are required before future appointments can be made.
Please ensure that you read the pre and post treatment advice. If you show up to a treatment with any condition that is a contraindication to your service, this will make you unsuitable and we will refuse service and your booking fee forfeited.
Patch Test
Patch tests - are a requirement for all treatments. It is not a guarantee that you will not react to your treatment even if your patch test shows a negative result. However a patch test is a good indicator.
Permanent Makeup
Scratch Test
Before any PMU treatment a scratch test is performed.
We can not guarantee that every scratch test will be 100 percent accurate, due to the nickel found in some needles and pigments.
The scratch test will not be able to indicate whether you are allergic to the nickel or another ingredient found in the pigment. Client is responsible for informing us of any reaction.
Pictures are taken for insurance purposes. Pictures are also taken for marketing/training purposes and may be used on our social media channels as well as our website pages. Please inform us should you not wish your picture to be shared on social media.
Refining appointments are recommended and are included in your initial fee. Pigment may fade up to 70% after the first session. These touch ups are booked at initial appointment for 4-8 weeks after first treatment. On the rare occasion a third session is needed, this will be charged at our hourly rate and within eight weeks of the complimentary refining appointment.
A minimum of 48hrs notice of change is required for permanent makeup refining appointments, or a hourly fee will apply to re book.
Permanent Makeup Treatments - Five days notice of change is required for initial PMU treatment. This doesn't mean client is entitled to a refund, but we will attempt to fill this slot and re-arrange clients appointment. Should less notice be given booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to make a new appointment.
To ensure that you are happy with your service we encourage you to carefully look at the shape and colour before we start the service, and before you leave. Once you leave the salon, we are not responsible for any changes you wish to make to shape or colour. To make any changes to your service after performed will incur additional charges.
During the refining appointment we will only touch up what needs to be made darker to improve the evenness throughout the brows. If you choose to change the shape or enhancement during your touch up appointment you will be changed accordingly.
There are no guarantees made as to the final outcome. Your skin, lifestyle and aftercare play a huge roll in your results. Everyone heals differently.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and must be used within 3 months. Use by date will be on voucher.
